2 Series for Extrusion & Thermoforming(擠出成型及熱成型PLA系列)
The 2000 series is a thermoplastic resin designed for use in fresh food packaging and food serviceware applications. It is a transparent general purpose extrusion grade that can be used naturally?or?as part of a formulated blend. This is a high molecular weight biopolymer grade that processes easily on conventional extrusion equipment. Extruded roll stock is readily thermoformable.

- 2500HP?- High viscosity & designed to crystallize during processing.

3 Series for Injection Molding(注塑成形PLA系列)

The 3000 series is designed for injection molding applications that can include cutlery, electronics casings, cosmetic cases, and outdoor gardening items. This series offers a range of melt viscosities with outstanding clarity in the molded part.

- 3052D?- Lubricated, high flow grade
- 3100HP?- Medium viscosity & designed for medium-flow injection molding applications
- 3251D?- Lubricated, ultra-high flow grade
- 3260HP?- Designed to crystallize during processing, leading to higher heat deflection temperatures in opaque applications

The 4 series is designed for use in the production of oriented films, card stock and graphic arts. Ingeo films include usage temperatures ranging from heat sealable films at 175°F (80°C) to oriented films that are stable up to 300°F (150°C). These clear films have excellent optics and shrink, good machinability,? as well as excellent twist and deadfold. Ingeo films are known for their great barrier to flavor, grease and oil.

6 Series for Fibers & Nonwovens(拉絲纖維及高速紡絲PLA系列)

The 6 series is designed for fiber processes from mono to multifilament as well as spunbond and meltblown products. Melting point ranges from 130°C to 170°C with amorphous to crystalline grades.

- 6060D?- Amorphous low melt for staple fiber/bico fiber sheath layer 3.5rv
- 6100D?- Designed for extrusion into mechanically drawn staple fibers?or?continuous filament, using conventional fiber spinning and drawing equipment.
- 6201D?- Continuous filament / staple for dyed fiber applications
- 6202D?- Staple fiber / spunbond for nonwovens, non-dyed fiber applications
- 6252D?- Designed for meltblown products using conventional as well as high pressure die meltblown equipment.
- 6260D?- Designed for melt blown fiber processing?or?extrusion into mechanically drawn staple fibers, using conventional fiber spinning and drawing equipment. Well suited for fiber processes where low boiling water fiber shrinkage and higher dimensional stability is required, in addition to low extrusion pressure.

- 6362D?- Higher melt flow resin designed for specialty fiber products where an amorphous structure is desired

7 Series for Blow Molding(吹塑吹瓶級PLA系列)

The 7 series is designed for use in injection stretch blow molded (ISBM) bottle applications, where heat setting is needed. Processes at lower temperatures than PET and can attain good resolution of mold detail on conventional tooling.

8 Series for Foam(發(fā)泡級PLA系列)

The 8 series can be converted into an expanded foam sheet with use temperatures up to 77°F (25°C). This foam is lightweight, strong and suitable for packaging fresh meat and vegetables. In order to extrude a foam with desired expansion properties, this grade must be modified with a branching agent such as Joncryl? 4368C.

From impact resistance to a low carbon footprint, Ingeo PLA grades provide an unmatched portfolio of advantages in 3D printing filament. Our specialty grades 3D850 and 3D870 were developed specifically for manufacturing 3D printer monofilament. These grades have excellent processability and printability, as well as improved impact resistance in printed parts.
Monofilaments made with Ingeo PLA have notable 3D printing characteristics such as precise detail, good adhesion to build plates (no heating needed), less warping?or?curling, and low odor (no strong, greasy,?or?oily smell while printing). These properties make this grade well-suited for 3D printing using many different types of printers and for a broad range of printing applications.

- 3D850?- This grade exhibits faster crystallization rates and is able to develop improved heat-resistance in 3D printed parts. This low color resin grade demonstrates the best performance in formulated systems designed to enhance toughness?or?heat-resistance.
- 3D870?- Engineered to deliver improved heat resistance and high impact strength to 3D printed parts, this formulated grade achieves thermal and mechanical properties similar to ABS while offering an alternative to styrenic-based materials.
